Preparation for admission to national and foreign colleges

NLA announces recruitment of students for preparatory courses for admission to Law Colleges in Ukraine and around the world. During the academic period, in addition to strong and systematic knowledge, our students receive the necessary psychological preparation for admission and further study in college, acquire skills of effective communication with teachers and are fluent in legal disciplines.

To acquire the right to enter law specialties in colleges of Ukraine and abroad, students in grades 9-11 take preparatory courses in the SFE, EIT / NMT and a course in preparation for the entrance exam in law.

Listeners of the Academy are offered the following format of preparation for admission:

For 9th grade students

For students in grades 9-11

A separate course of pre-entrance training in law

Preparatory course for the SFE:

–       Ukrainian language and literature

–       Mathematics

–       History of Ukraine

–       English

Preparatory course for EIT / NMT:

–       Ukrainian language and literature

–       Mathematics

–       History of Ukraine

–       English

Preparatory course for the entrance exam in law

– The curriculum is developed by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Academy in accordance with the program requirements of the educational institution

Upon completion of the course, students of the Academy receive additional entrance points, a recommendation from the leadership of the Academy and support during admission to law colleges and institutes of the National University “Odessa Law Academy” and other educational institutions.

«Платформа для підвищення кваліфікації адвокатів»

Законом України «Про адвокатуру та адвокатську діяльність»  передбачено, що під час здійснення адвокатської діяльності адвокат зобов’язаний підвищувати свій професійний рівень. Така відмітка про дотримання вимоги про щорічне підвищення кваліфікації у визначеному обсягу годин вноситься до профайлу адвоката в Єдиному реєстрі адвокатів України.

Порядок підвищення кваліфікації адвокатів України (в новій редакції), з яким Ви можете ознайомитися за посиланням, покладає організацію та реалізацію процесу підвищення кваліфікації адвокатів в Україні на Вищу школу адвокатури НААУ. НАЦОНАЛЬНА ЮРИДИЧНА АКАДЕМІЯ є закладом, який отримав акредитацію Експертної ради ВША НААУ та проводить заходи з підвищення кваліфікації для адвокатів для всіх регіонів України, більшість з яких доступні в онлайн-трансляції. Авторські курси присвячені найбільш актуальним питанням тлумачення та застосування законодавства, огляду практики Європейського суду з прав людини, питанням адвокатської етики, розвитку практичних професійних навичок тощо.

До процесу підвищення кваліфікації як лектори залучені відомі адвокати, члени органів адвокатського самоврядування та Комітетів НААУ, науковці, судді. Всі лектори проходять попередню сертифікацію.
