The function of monitoring the quality of educational activities in the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF ACADEMY is performed by a separate structural department which includes the pedagogical and methodological staff of the Academy. In its activity the department is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Charter of the Academy, decisions of the Academic Council of the Academy, orders of the rector / director.
PURPOSE AND MAIN TASKS OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Formation of a policy to guarantee the quality of education in the NATIONAL LAW ACADEMY.
- Building an effective management structure for the provision of quality educational services in the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF ACADEMY through the development of human capital, intellectual leadership, and technological advances based on the pursuit of excellence, openness, competitiveness and ensuring the principle of academic integrity.
- Construction of an improved open harmonized and structured communication space in which information exchange takes place in the Academy on all types and results of monitoring through information resources of the NATIONAL LAW ACADEMY in order to form components of the culture of quality of higher education.
- Continuous and systematic monitoring of the quality of educational services in accordance with the developed and approved indicators in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001-2015.
- Study and implementation of quality assurance tools for higher education and educational activities, through internal quality audits, ranking systems, based on the experience of domestic and international educational institutions, whose activities are aimed at systematic quality improvement, in order to integrate the institution into the world educational space.
- Organization and conduct of systematic independent monitoring of the quality of training of specialists of the NATIONAL LAW ACADEMY and formation on this basis of recommendations for improving all components of the educational process.
- Conducting a survey of students to determine the quality of educational services.
- Analysis of reporting indicators of the quality of training at faculties in conducting both sections of residual knowledge in disciplines and independent measurement of knowledge of higher education students during the examination session.
- Analysis of licensing conditions for the provision of educational services in the field of higher education.
- Checking the accounting documentation for the organization of the educational process.
- Analysis of the conformity of basic education of scientific and pedagogical workers to the profile of the taught disciplines.
- Providing advisory and scientific-methodical assistance on the quality of training to participants (teachers and students) of monitoring activities.
- Development together with the educational divisions of the Academy of packages of control tasks, tests, criteria for evaluation of each monitoring object in accordance with the existing standards and quality models.
- Informing the subjects and objects of monitoring about its main results.
- Coordination of the activities of faculties, departments, divisions of the Academy on the organization of monitoring the quality of knowledge of higher education students.
- Preparation of proposals to eliminate the shortcomings identified during the control monitoring inspections.
